For those who enjoy exploring flavours at their own pace, our A la Carte Menu allows you to choose from a wide selection of our carefully crafted dishes. From classic pieces of Edomae sushi to Mediterranean-influenced creations, each option is designed to bring out the best of our cuisine. You decide what to try and pay only for what you choose. 02. All You Can Eat o Buffet Menu
If you prefer to leave restrictions aside, our All You Can Eat Menu is perfect for you. For just €39, you can enjoy as many dishes as you like, with no limit on quantity. This menu allows you to explore our menu in full, returning to your favourites or trying something new each time. The only rule is to enjoy yourself, and we'll make sure you're never short of what you love.
03. Omakase Tasting Menu
For a truly exclusive and surprising experience, we invite you to try our Omakase Menu, also for €39. ‘Omakase’ means “to trust”, and in this option you put yourself in the hands of our chef, who will select a series of dishes designed to surprise and delight your senses. You will be able to savour both à la carte specialities and off-the-menu creations, adapted to your personal preferences (no allergies or ingredients you don't like). There is no fixed number of dishes; the menu continues until you are completely satisfied. It's a culinary adventure where surprise is the main ingredient.
